The Isotank is a tank container that complies with ISO standards and has the same external dimensions as a 20'dc sea container. This special equipment has been developed for the international bulk transport of all kinds of liquids :

• Food (to order)
• hazardous chemical (the flammable, toxic, corrosive, etc.) and non-hazardous.

This partner has also developed a network of agencies and warehouses dedicated to this activity in order to be active on different continents.

Our global logistic service includes:

• The technical Inspection of the Isotank before loading.

•  Cleaning and degassing, the technical assistance at loading (on customer request).

•  The rerouting to the embarkation port, international transport to the agreed delivery place according to your incoterm.

•  The technical assistance at unloading (on the recipient's request).

It is a bulk transport solution more economical with respect to a loading in metal drums or in IBC.

* The volumetric capacity:   our fleet   mainly consists of three different nominal capacities: 24,000 liters, 25,000 liters (80% of the fleet), 26,000 liters (to be checked physically on the CSC plate of the Isotank before any loading)     

* Technical characteristics:

• The shell of the tank: in Stainless steel (approximately 4.5 mm thick) allowing a safely transport of liquid and without risk of contamination.  

• A CSC plate to display details of the Isotank such as its tare, the weight and the limit volume and the manufacturer's name. 
• A bottom valve with three closures to prevent maximum leakage risks. Control and pressure test are made before loading.

• An integrated air inlet valve at the top of the Isotank. This is both a pressure device (during unloading) and recovery (while charging)

• The safety valve allows evacuating safely and automatically excessive pressure being in the tank.

• a flame trap device for a reliable protection, during transport of flammable liquids, against dangerous reversal gas flows and flames returns.

• a steel frame in high-strength carbon, in accordance with ISO dimensions.   

• A   cladding around the hull to protect its insulation against water, manufactured   in aluminum or in plastic reinforced with fiberglass.
• A document holder having the shape of a sealed tube mounted on the chassis allowing the transport of copies of certain documents such as the certificate of analysis, the cleaning certificate, etc.

• Ground connecting protector to dissipate static electricity.  

• A steam heating system: all isotanks ITT are equipped with this system to allow an efficient transport of certain sensitive liquids to the temperature fluctuation.
